Bad news for Venezuela.

Hugo Chavez has just been given permission to take the first steps toward being the next Fidel Castro.

Now the little chimp’s probably going to use the win to tell the civilized, democracy-appreciating world to shut up.

Let us pray that Obama never becomes so self-important.
